2nd arrest made after man shot in the face, beaten with bats and robbed in Rio Linda

A second arrest has been made after a man was shot in the face, beaten with baseball bats and robbed of his wallet and vehicle in Rio Linda last month, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office. The victim’s friend was in the vehicle when it was stolen, but was unharmed.
