Rio Rancho Parents Flood 911 After Fake Abduction Calls Spark Panic

Rio Rancho Public Schools said two families received phone calls claiming their children had been abducted. The phone calls were hoaxes but included information about the children and “disturbing background noises.” RRPS said the children were never in danger. The phone calls are under investigation.
