Florida man who wrestled cop’s gun away and killed him to be executed after final appeals rejected

In a disturbing discovery, a Florida man Billy Leon Kearse, 53, scheduled for execution Tuesday after fatally shooting police officer Danny Parrish in 1991 traffic stop. Authorities are investigating the death as potentially suspicious. No arrests have been made.
