Man accused of stalking Memphis mayor, knocking on his door with taser

A man in Tennessee is facing stalking, attempted kidnapping and aggravated criminal trespass charges after allegedly scaling a wall and knocking on the door of Memphis Mayor Paul Young’s residence while armed with a taser.
