Neighbors Stunned After Woman Shot Dead, Man Stabbed in Downtown Louisville Apt

Police and first responders filled the parking lot of the Avenue Plaza Apartments on South 8th Street early Tuesday morning after police say a woman was found dead and a man was rushed to the hospital.
