Man under surveillance for criminal threats leads police on L.A. pursuit

A San Gabriel Valley man under surveillance for allegedly brandishing a weapon and making criminal threats was arrested Tuesday after leading police on in a pursuit that spanned several Los Angeles Freeways, authorities announced.
