In a disturbing discovery, a woman has been charged with attempted murder after allegedly opening fire outside Rihanna’s LA mansion while the singer was inside with her children. Ivanna Lisette Ortiz, 35, from Florida, was formally charged Tuesday with one count of attempted murder and 10 counts of assault with a firearm.
